Military Age

[edit]

IDF's Military age is 18, by law. If you want to go for training before 18, you have to be 17.5+ and to get a permission from your parents. The IDF does not force you to enlist in that age and you can be an active soldier only after 18. אלעד נעמתי (talk) 13:15, 24 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Something we need to note, is that if you are still in High School, The IDF doesn't enlist you until you have finished, even if you are above 18. אלעד נעמתי (talk) 13:19, 24 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Izno The article merely says "Mount Carmel Forest Fire" when there were two different Mount Carmel forest fires. It needs to specify which one it's talking about. Electricmemory (talk) 18:35, 29 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Both times I have made edit requests which meet the exceptions in WP:NOTBROKEN yet you have denied both of them. Why? Electricmemory (talk) 18:38, 29 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Section on criticism

[edit]

How about we also add a Criticism section just as with some other articles. I’m sure there won’t be a lack of topics to write about. For one, we could start with the constant disregard for civilian life. In a neutral manner of course. 5.25.6.148 (talk) 18:04, 6 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Doesn't sound like you're approaching this in a neutral fashion, but in any event, Not done -- this is not a proper edit request in the format of "Change X to Y". Before doing so, make sure you've *thoroughly* reviewed WP:NPOV, particularly the portions that talk about why criticism sections are to be avoided: Segregation of text or other content into different regions or subsections, based solely on the apparent POV of the content itself, may result in an unencyclopedic structure, such as a back-and-forth dialogue between proponents and opponents. It may also create an apparent hierarchy of fact where details in the main passage appear true and undisputed, whereas other segregated material is deemed controversial and therefore more likely to be false. Try to achieve a more neutral text by folding debates into the narrative, rather than isolating them into sections that ignore or fight against each other.; Article sections devoted solely to criticism, and pro-and-con sections within articles, are two commonly cited examples.
