Kyle XY - link to a blog
[edit]I understand that it is generally bad form to create a link to a blog. Is that Wikipedia policy? I had created a link to a blog in the article on Kyle XY, but it was deleted. I want to advise Wikipedia that there were in fact a lot of hits to the link--about 8 per day. So there was reader interest in the link. Can I reinstate the link?(~~~~);
For some reason I can't access your link to give you advice, so I reply here in hope that you may see it. I am not an expert at all in any way on blogs. Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Thanks for filling this in. But, have you never created a bibliography entry before? Including all the possible parameters, most of which were unused, makes the entry very difficult to read and edit.
